Jessamine Parole and Probation
Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole administers community supervision. Parole follows a Kentucky Parole Board decision and release from incarceration. Probation is a sentence imposed by a court, so it does not by itself prove that a person left prison. Both can appear in Kentucky Online Offender Lookup, but the label must be preserved.

Neither status means the person is free from conditions. The supervising district can change after transfer, and a displayed end date should be checked against current status. Final discharge requires the agency or court record that actually ends supervision.

Verify Jessamine Post-Release Supervision
KOOL is the public starting point for Kentucky supervision. A DOC or PID number gives the cleanest match. Without one, use the name with a small number of identity filters, open the full profile, and compare the agency and conviction information rather than relying on a result row.
- Find the correct profile by identifier, name, age, aliases, and conviction county.
- Read Supervision Status before any date. Note whether it says parole, probation, absconded, institution, or another category.
- Record Supervision Begin Date, Supervision End Date, district, location, and PID or DOC number.
- For parole, inspect the Parole Information table for hearing action, deferral, eligibility, and any proposed date.
- Contact the displayed office when the entry is unclear or recent. Use the court or Board record for the legal basis.
A proposed release date or “Parole Recommended” entry is not proof that release occurred. Later community status, a supervision begin date, Kentucky VINE, or a discharge record must confirm movement. KOOL also notes that newer data may remain subject to correction.

Jessamine Supervision Uses District 14
Jessamine County supervision routes through KDOC District 14 in Versailles rather than a Jessamine-branded office. Search KOOL first because the person's displayed district can differ after a transfer or special arrangement. The profile, not county residence alone, identifies the office likely to own the current record.

Have the full name and PID or DOC number ready when asking about an existing public supervision record. The office can clarify which district holds the record, but private case details or operational information may not be disclosed to a caller.
Jessamine Violations and Absconders
Conditions depend on the judgment, Parole Board action, and supervision plan. They can require reporting, travel approval, program participation, or compliance with specific court or agency directions. A public summary cannot establish every condition. Read the order or obtain the responsible agency record for the identified person.
An “***ABSCONDED***” marking in KOOL signals a failure to maintain required contact or location. It does not mean the supervision term ended, and it should not be rewritten as discharge. A violation allegation, warrant, arrest, hearing, and revocation are distinct stages. Check the court docket, KOOL status, and Kentucky VINE custody event rather than assuming that one label proves the full sequence.
If a parole violation leads to custody at JCDC, the person may later return to supervision or move for revocation proceedings. Jessamine Parole Board Records
The Kentucky Parole Board schedules page is the calendar hub. It reports weekly eligibility hearings, monthly calendar publication, an 8:30 a.m. Eastern start, and Monday morning updates. Eligibility lists can show the person's name, DOC number, location, and eligibility month. A hearing can occur before the actual eligibility date.
The KOOL Parole Information table is the person-level public results path. Its fields may include Hearing Date, Hearing Action, Months Deferred, Next Parole Eligibility Date, and Proposed Release Date. A recommendation remains a recommendation until custody and supervision records show that the event occurred. Eligibility also varies with offense, class, sentence, offense date, and statutory classification, so it should not be reduced to a universal fraction.
Jessamine Supervision Discharge Records
Supervision ends through the authority responsible for it. A parole discharge belongs to the state correctional and Board record. Probation completion belongs to the court and supervising agency record. The expected end date in KOOL is useful, but an executed discharge or current completed status provides stronger proof.

Keep each source in its lane: the Board records a parole action, KDOC administers supervision, and the court records probation orders. A VINE alert can document a custody change but is not the discharge order.
Jessamine Support After Supervision Release
Jessamine Transitions provides a local bridge for formerly incarcerated residents. The Health Department describes peer support, licensed social-work case management, assessments, referrals, identification and transportation navigation, benefits and health-service navigation, and connections to medical and mental-health services.

These services do not verify parole or probation. KOOL, District 14, the Parole Board, and the court remain the sources for status. The program instead addresses practical needs that can arise after physical release and during community supervision.
